Nutritionist

We believe in the power of exceptional bodywork. We also believe that nutrition can extend the benefits of what we do.

That’s why we’re so excited to announce the newest member of our clinical team: the phenomenal nutritionist Karyn Forsyth Duggan.

Karyn’s 50-minute sessions take a number of forms. As a trained chef, Karyn can develop a meal plan to implement the changes you decide to make, honoring the dietary and lifestyle preferences most important to you. Through conversation and assessment of your most recent blood work, she can also help you understand how inflammation affects your body and offer ways to reduce it. She’ll work with your Psoas therapist to support your existing treatment plan – optimizing the benefits of your bodywork, reducing discomfort, and helping you to reach your goals faster.

Leveraging her knowledge about the power of anti-inflammatory dietary and lifestyle strategies, she’ll help Psoas clients expedite recovery from injury, optimize the benefits of bodywork, and pursue greater health and wellness in their lives.
