Have You Tried the Big Three?

This week we’re SUPER thrilled to be getting back to Quick Tips. We know that everyone’s feeling the effects of a dramatically different lifestyle right now, and many of you have reached out in anticipation for some regular bodywork again (which we support, obviously). But you don’t need to wait until the shelter-in-place is over to take care of yourselves in simple therapeutic ways at home. This week we’re showing you three core-igniting movements called “The Big 3.” Check out our Quick Tip Video to learn all about them!

If you’ve worked with Ben, he’s surely encouraged these foundational movements as a part of your bodywork care plan. They’re effective to help deal with back pain, general weakness, and in improving your general movement or your sport, so why not make them a part of your morning routine!
