Quick Tip: Have you massaged your feet today?

We’re thinking a lot about feet this month; are you? Psoas co-owner Jenny Lightstone recently had an awesome session with Cassidy Moore over at the Body Gallery and was reminded about the importance of working out the foot. She wanted to share this simple process with you all. And hopefully you will also notice that consistent rolling improves the proprioception of the muscles in your feet, and helps you engage a broader range of your foot muscles while running.

Directions on this one are pretty simple. Just get yourself a foot wheel or a tool to work the bottom of the foot. We like the ones we have with 3 wheels, one across the outer edge, mid-line, and inner edges of the foot. Just give yourself a treat once a day and roll each foot for 1-2 minutes each. Try it out for a week or two, and let us know if you feel the difference!
