Quick Tip: Looking to improve your overhead mobility?

We hope last week’s seated side stretch was able to loosen up your lower back and create some space in your rib cage to help you move and breathe more deeply. In this week’s quick tip, let’s take this upper body mobility further so that you can reach for the stars. This table-supported shoulder stretch will improve shoulder mobility and translate to any movement requiring a strong and stable overhead position. It’s especially great for swimmers, yogis, lifters, or anyone who wants more movement in their shoulders. Try it out and let us know how it goes!
