Quick Tip: Looking to stretch your posterior shoulder?

In this week’s quick tip we will show you how to stretch the back of your shoulder while additionally increasing range of motion in your shoulder. Breathe into it and use it also as an opportunity to open up the back of your lungs and ribcage. It also, coincidentally, is great for anyone looking to improve his or her football throw just in time to play some catch before the Super Bowl!
