Stress Relief During Shelter-in-Place

We take our obligation to your recovery, pain management, and overall treatment planning seriously. Though we are temporarily closed, we are currently figuring out new ways to support your treatment and continued healing during this unusual moment in our lives. We’ll soon share some remote session opportunities.

Meanwhile, we give you this Quick Tip video to help calm the nervous system with some soothing movement and a bit of focused breathing. We hope that it helps to release some body tension and to bring some peace to your mind.

If you have any questions, suggestions, requests, anything, please reach out. Even if you just want to chat because you miss us. We definitely miss you and are here to listen! We’ll be checking our email daily and will have an Intake Specialist available to talk to you, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.

We’ll be offering a very limited number of bodywork sessions, including chiropractic, on Thursday mornings – for clients who are in pain and/or rely on us for ongoing care and to whom we provide an essential service. Let us know if you want to be on our call list for this, and we’ll do a short screening to discuss safety precautions.

We are hopeful that we will talk to you before April and will reach out next week to update you with our reopening plan — and to share information about how our team is spending this time!
