Now that you’ve gotten to know a bit about Jeremy from last week, we will be bringing you back to Alex’s awesome dynamic stretching series. In this week’s quick tip Alex shows you an easy dynamic stretch you can do anywhere from a night club, bus stop, or airport. This stretch is an effective way to strengthen a weak ankle, loosen up your hamstrings, warm up your calves, and get you prepped for some unilateral movement like running and cycling. We recommend doing this before your workout for 30 seconds up to 1-2 minutes.  Start hugging those legs and pretty soon you’ll be the most balanced person on the dance floor!
