Quick Tip: Yoga Toes

This week we bring you part 2 of our focus on the feet. This is all about stretching the feet with a really cool product we have here in the studio called Yoga Toes. Men, this isn’t just for the ladies, although it is super helpful for those ladies that love to wear their heels.  For those of you complaining of achy feet, foot cramps, “plantar fasciitis” issues, or just the proactive ones that are striving for optimal performance in their sport, the Yoga Toes give your feet an amazing stretch.
