Quick Tip: Yoga Toes

Posted by on Feb 5, 2014 in Exercises

This week we bring you part 2 of our focus on the feet. This is all about stretching the feet with a really cool product we have here in the studio called Yoga Toes. Men, this isn’t just for the ladies, although it is super helpful for those ladies that love to wear their heels.  For those of you complaining of achy feet, foot cramps, “plantar fasciitis” issues, or just the proactive ones that are striving for optimal performance in their sport, the Yoga Toes give your feet an amazing stretch.

Use them while hanging on the couch, and after regularly using for even a week, you will start to feel your toes spreading, foot muscles stretching, and even more relaxed calf muscles.

Take a look at this video where Jenny shows us how to use them and the benefit of doing so. This is part two of a two-part video series. (Make sure to check out Youtube page for the 1st part to learn more foot tips.)

Why YogaToes?

YogaToes toe stretcher fights foot pain caused by tight shoes and high heels, being on your feet all day as well as participating in sports.

YogaToes was created to keep your entire foot healthy – and by extension, your legs and the rest of your body. If the foundation is off, the rest of the body’s structure has to compensate. YogaToes can help with a host of foot ailments and toe deformities:
  •     Bunions/Bunionettes
  •     Hammer Toes
  •     Plantar Fasciitis
  •     Poor Circulation
  •     Crossed or Overlapping Toes
  •     Mallet Toes
  •     Flat Feet

It’s easy to forget just how many muscles are in the feet, as they’re usually out of sight and out of mind. But the feet are actually very complex and carry a lot of weight. Don’t forget to take care of them. Your feet will thank you!
