Strengthening the Neck

You’re not alone if you’re still struggling to create a home office with proper ergonomics. It has been the most common issue facing our clients these past twelve months. So, in this week’s Quick Tip, we complete the journey of Katherine’s 7-Point Posture Program with exercise six and seven to strengthen the intrinsic muscles of the neck. These exercises are a great way to recover if your neck is sore after a long day working at a computer.
