Stay up to date with useful information regarding a wide variety of bodywork tips, local events, and the happenings of the Psoas studio. Our weekly Quick Tips Newsletter goes out every Wednesday, featuring informational videos and other helpful resources.

Our Available Appointments Email goes out every Monday and Friday morning and is a simple, efficient way to see what is open in the coming days for a specific therapist. We created a stretching guide for most muscles in your body. Be careful – all stretches are not for everybody. Take it slow, breathe and enjoy.
