All doctors are welcome to a first time complimentary session at Psoas to learn about our clinic. Please contact or 415.227.0331 to schedule.

Process for One Medical patient referrals:

1.       Fax your patient’s referral to (415) 227-4308 or email to
2.       We will evaluate their case and determine the appropriate massage specialist.
3.       Zack will contact them to schedule their session.
4.       We will provide them with an insurance receipt with the applicable procedure code.  If you include a diagnosis code, we can add it to the receipt.
5.       We will communicate our findings with the doctor (if requested).

•    We provide clients with a receipt and procedure code.  If you provide a diagnosis code, we can add that to their receipt.

97112 – Neurokinetic Therapy, Active Release Technique
•    97140 – Rolfing, Neuromuscular Therapy
•    97124 – Deep Tissue

•    This receipt, along with their referral from a doctor, will help their process of reimbursement
•    99% of clients participating in HSA and FSA programs can get Psoas massages with a doctor’s referral
•    While tremendous growth is still needed, Psoas staff and their strategic doctor-partnerships have worked successfully to increase insurance reimbursement for massages done at Psoas
