Community Workshop: Do you feel confident about your pre-run warm-up?

Psoas therapist Alex Brown knows a great deal about how to warm-up for a run effectively and safely using the marvels of dynamic stretching. On Thursday, 10/1 from 6:00pm – 7:00pm, she’ll be teaching a free workshop on this skillset and we’re really excited!

Alex Brown will take you through a series of easy, fun and effective stretches that will get the body fired up for your run (or other athletic activity). These dynamic stretches should help you run more efficiently and prevent injury. Wear your running clothes and shoes for an active class of movement and stretching. Our goal is for you to take away a short dynamic stretching routine that you can perform quickly before your run or other athletic endeavor.
