Quick Tip: Doorway Pec Stretch

A lot of us desk workers suffer from neck and upper back pain, and it can be hard to remember that stretching our pecs can help us get some relief. Follow along with Psoas therapist William Stevensen as he walks us through a pec stretch that you can try out anytime you walk through a door. Just make sure to go really gently with this one if you have any issues at all with shoulder stability, and if you experience any discomfort or pain during the stretch, make sure to stop and give us a call.
