We have shown you a couple different ways to stretch the psoas, and this week we bring you a video that shows you how to do an Activated Isolated Stretch with the psoas muscle. The psoas is an extremely important muscle and is used in almost every movement you do throughout the day. It’s so important, we named our business after it! So try it out; it will help you feel taller, straighter, and looser in the hips and lower back.
Who needs this exercise? You. Me. Everyone. This is truly one of the most
universally effective stretches. If you fit into one of these categories, give it a try:
