Quick Tip: Did you know a wall is all you need to stretch your chest?

This week we continue to work on improving our upper body posture with this back and chest stretch against a wall. Now that your back is feeling stronger from last week’s back strengthening exercises, we can use this wall angel stretch to loosen up those tightened back muscles and further open up our chest. This stretch is important for all of us since our daily routine and movement patterns tend to keep us in a forward leaning, and at times, slouching position.

The wall angel stretch improves the health of our superficial back line, which is important to our overall posture. This is great for desk workers, lifters, runners, cyclists, crosffitters and anyone looking to benefit from this stretch. Let us know how it goes!
