Prepping for a marathon this season? Remember to stretch and check out the video below for a great pre-run warm-up. It lengthens the quads and psoas while also firing the glutes — getting them ready to work. Plus, don’t forget our youtube channel is always there to help you find other great dynamic stretches to warm up, or static stretches to cool down.

And if you want to do everything you can to increase your time and prevent injury, come get some sports massage. If you don’t get bodywork often, we recommend scheduling for at least 2 days before your event (preferably 5-10 days before). In the pre-event session we’ll keep it light, flush the muscle tissue, and help your body recover from training. Any questions about best practices around pre-race warm-ups and bodywork?
