If you have chronic temporomandibular joint (TMJ) discomfort, or generally hold tension in your jaw, then take a look at this week’s quick tip as Scott shows you how to stretch away any tension you are holding in your mandible. This is a great stretch for anyone who tends to clench their jaw when they sleep or are stressed as well as people who experience headaches as a result of tight jaw muscles.
