Getting diagnosed with piriformis syndrome, or dealing with symptoms of a tight piriformis can be painful and exhausting. Typical stretches to assist with pain relief can require a good amount of stability and strength, and may not be beneficial if you are experiencing acute pain or mobility restrictions. This week Psoas co-owner, Jenny Lightstone, shows you a scaled piriformis stretch that allow you stretch to your comfort level while laying on the ground.
