Now that your neck is moving easier from last week’s lateral neck stretch, this week Jenny shows you a shoulder shrug exercise to further release all the tension you accumulate in your upper body throughout a busy day. The next time you are rushing to meet a deadline, starting to gas out during a workout, or stressed out from your day, this exercise will help you roll back your shoulders, breathe deeper, and just relax. This is great for desk workers, cyclists, runners, and anyone else who notices their shoulders creeping forwards and upwards when they get tense!
