This week Jenny shows you an easy static hamstring stretch. Static stretching is beneficial for lengthening muscles after a workout or just throughout your day. Increased length and mobility is an easy way to keep muscles healthy, improve range of motion, and prevent injuries. This is a great stretch for everyone, but remember to avoid static stretches before you run.
