Quick Tip: Do you know how to stretch and loosen your neck?

If you have yet to try out active isolated stretching, then this week’s quick tip is a nice way to get started. Scott demonstrates a lateral neck stretch which can easily increase the range of motion and loosen up neck tension you may have from stress, sleeping improperly, or regularly working over a desk.
