Everyone has experienced low back tension at one point or another. For some of us, it’s a minor annoyance, but for others it can be quite debilitating. The causes of our low back pain are numerous, but often it’s due to tight muscles. The psoas muscle is a common culprit, but this pain can also come from another muscle that is regularly used and often neglected – our glutes. Consequently, regular care and maintenance is important for great health and pain relief. This week Jenny shows you an easy glute stretch you can do with your own stool, chair, or other prop. Try it out and let us know how it goes!
