Having proper muscle engagement helps prevent overworking and muscular compensation, often resulting in increased imbalance, pain and loss of function. Almost all of us would benefit from an increase in glute firing and here, Scott demonstrates a simple exercise that will begin waking up your glutes and get them firing again.
