Quick Tip: Do you need a quick version of forearm Deskinetics?

We know it can be hard to make time to stretch during the day. But if you’re doing a lot of computer work, your forearms are likely calling out for attention. Our Psoas Deskinetics program includes a number of different forearm stretches — including the awesome AIS stretches for the forearm extensors and flexors. Some days, though, you might want a quicker way to give your forearms a break from typing.

This week’s Deskinetics Quick Tip — the Artisan Stretch — is a great option. It covers all the bases — allowing you to target both forearms at once, front and back. This classic Deskinetics stretch also incorporates stretching and strengthening — really important for the muscles of our forearms which are often overworked in some areas, and underused in others. So next time your forearms are achy, try this out and let us know what you notice. You’ll be back at your desk in no time!
