Quick Tip: Do your pecs need some Deskinetics?

Do you work at a desk? Chances are you experience regular soreness or pain in the neck and upper back. And after a day spent at your computer, it’s likely your pecs are short and tight, too! Though it sometimes seems counter-intuitive, lengthening the pecs can go a long way towards reducing your neck and back pain — and ultimately improving your posture overall.
