Quick Tip: Have you incorporated yin yoga into your stretching routine?

This week Psoas co-owner, Jenny, shows you a fun and easy hip and thigh stretch. This runner’s lunge stretch comes from Yin Yoga which promotes holding poses for longer periods of time with a low amount of intensity. It is a great stretch for anyone who sits for most of their day or anyone looking to open up their hips and loosen their psoas. Try it out, and let us know how it goes!
