We get calls everyday from clients struggling with discomfort in the neck. But there’s so much we can do to prevent and ease the neck pain many of us deal with! We can set up our desks ergonomically, use maintenance massage to keep our muscular tissue healthy, and stretch regularly.

Still, it can feel pretty overwhelming to wade through all the neck stretches out there and find the right ones. That’s why we’re bringing you a video today that combines some of our favorites. This all-in-one Super AIS Neck Stretch Series targets the muscles of the neck from every side.
