Quick Tip: How’s your shoulder mobility?

If you spend a lot of time at a desk, or behind the wheel of a car, you might notice that your shoulders feel rounded forward and stiff by the end of the day. If not attended to, this can lead to pain and dysfunction over time. This week's quick tip is a great way to counter those harmful patterns and make sure you're keeping your shoulders, neck, pecs, and upper back healthy. Although we can help you treat these issues, it is our goal to help you prevent them!
This super easy dynamic stretch is also a great one to practice before a workout that requires a lot of shoulder and arm action: swimming, hiking with poles, skiing, dancing, etc. Try it out a few times a day, or before your workout, and let us know how it feels.
