One of our favorite new stretches for cyclists is an adaptation from Kundalini yoga: frog pose. It's a great way to get the blood flowing, strengthen and activate your quads, and loosen your back before you ride. It's also a great energizer — a secret tool to break up your workday, wake-up, and regain focus when you're feeling foggy or sleepy.
