Keeping the Thoracic Spine Flexible

This is the type of exercise that will be helpful for just about anyone. Our spines can get stiff and static as we age, and when it’s not used to its maximum range of motion.

These quick exercises will loosen the thoracic spine, which includes your mid and upper back.
