Quick Tip: Opening up the Chest

Co-owner, Jenny Lightstone, is back in the training room to give you tips on opening your chest and relaxing your body. This stretch will benefit you both physically and psychologically, as it counteracts forward posture, decreases muscle tightness, and effortlessly makes you feel more open. Join her as she guides you through this simple, yet uplifting stretch.

This tip is good for everyone, especially people that spend long hours sitting at a desk or working with a forward posture on a regular basis.

A tight chest means overstretched and weak back muscles, which mean pain and injury! Keep those chest muscles loose and you’ve taken a huge step toward a straighter, and more pain-free posture.
