Quick Tip: Shoulder & Neck Flexibility

Have you met Ryan Saldivar yet? He’s been at Psoas since December. He’s a Jack of all trades, yet a master at many. Bodywork and Yoga, being the two that we’ll focus on here. His experience as a Yoga instructor has been so helpful to Psoas clients that we’ve decided to feature his movement sets here in our Quick Tip section.

Shoulder & Neck Flexibility Movement Set

These stretches are good for everyone, but especially good for people with tightness in their shoulders, chest, and neck. Don’t try to do these stretches at their most difficult level if it is uncomfortable for you, use the modified version instead. You shouldn’t feel any sharp pain in your shoulders.
