Quick Tip: The Psoas Stretch

This week we bring you a video that shows how to stretch the psoas muscle. The psoas is an extremely important muscle and is used in almost every movement you do throughout the day. It’s so important, we named our business after it. So try it out, you absolutely need this stretch!

Who needs this exercise?

You. Me. Everyone. This is truly one of the most universally effective stretches. If you fit into one of these categories, give it a try.
