This week is all about the feet. In this week’s Quick Tip, Psoas therapist Jeremy Galvin talks us through a simple stretch to address plantar fasciitis and soreness on the bottoms of the feet. Plus, we wanted to let you know about an awesome community workshop on shoe fitting we’re co-presenting on December 10th with our friends at A Runner’s Mind.
