Quick Tip: Want to lengthen your hamstrings?

Are your hamstrings often tight? Do you love how good deep tissue work can create more length along the legs? Stretching regularly can go a long way towards maintaining this sense of open, healthy tissue between therapeutic bodywork sessions. But for those periods when stretching isn’t quite enough and you’re not able to come into the clinic, self-massage can be a great support!

In this week’s Quick Tip, Scott Schwartz demonstrates a way to do some good self-work on your hamstrings at home. We don’t recommend this one for clients with sciatica or any active injuries related to the hamstrings.
