Quick Tip: What have you done for your ankles today?

I’ve had to reckon with my ankles lately; have you? Unless you’ve sprained one before, you’re probably not thinking about them much. But strengthening and stretching the ankles is a necessary way to prevent a sprain that could trap you in a cycle of injuries. This week we’re offering a pair of two great Quick Tips for ankle care. These are great for general maintenance, or if you have recovered from an ankle sprain in your past that still haunts you.
