Do you feel that? The sun is returning and the days are getting longer again. As San Francisco continues to recover and we all emerge from our winter hibernation it’s a good time to get our spines moving again.
In this week’s Quick Tip Derek shows us the barrel roll exercise. This movement is a great way to loosen up the muscles along your spine in multiple planes of motion, taking the cat/cow stretch to the next level.
