Quick Tip: Do you know how to stretch deeper into your quads?

There are a zillion stretches. It’s all about finding the ones that fit your body. This week Psoas co-owner, Jenny Lightstone, offers up an alternative to the generic “stand on one leg foot grab” – which can be the perfect quad stretch for many.
