In this week’s quick tip Alex shows you an easy dynamic stretch you can do anywhere from a night club, bus stop, or airport. This stretch is an effective way to strengthen a weak ankle, loosen up your hamstrings, warm up your calves, and get you prepped for some unilateral movement like running and cycling.
