Quick Tip: Fascial Forearm Stretching

Who needs this exercise? Desk workers, musicians, writers, artists, carpenters and people who work with their hands and arms a lot. For the best results: Place your fingertips on the wall with your palms facing upward. Make sure your arm is straight. This is a light stretch. You aren’t looking for the end range like when you are stretching the muscle. Hold the stretch for 2 minutes on each arm.
