Samantha uses light amounts of cream to move slowly/firmly over all muscle to find any trigger points or adhesions. She tries to make each session as relaxing as possible for the client by using stretching techniques that will take the body through full range of motion as she executes movements of myofascial release.
Her personal training expertise provides an additional assessment tool, on and off the table, allowing her to identify muscle imbalances to help with creating a better sense of proprioception in the body. Not sure where the root of your discomfort is stemming from? No problem! Samantha will gladly listen to your symptoms and explore the body until the culprits can be identified and calmed. She is happy to talk you through your session or debrief you afterwards if you prefer to receive treatment quietly.
