Will's approach to bodywork is to "iron out" muscles and fascial restrictions to help get your body back to a relaxed, comfortable state, so you can get the most out of your body during activity. He offers full body, and more focused, deep tissue sessions and utilizes trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish and myofascial release techniques to effectively address muscular imbalances that will lay out the roadmap to feeling better in your body. Will's maintenance sessions are well suited to help "Weekend Warrior" athletes maintain healthy muscle tone, and address general aches and pains, especially for those athletes who might be stuck behind a desk during the work week. He has immensely enjoyed his role in people’s lives as a bodyworker, and when he’s not at work, he will be practicing tai chi, making music or cooking something tasty.
