
ANTHONY COLE (HE/HIM)
Anthony’s massage style integrates Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, Thai stretches, and Sports/Swedish techniques to improve mobility, circulation, and release muscle tension from repetitive patterns or inactivity. His sessions are smooth, intentional, and intuitive, with a firm yet precise touch that targets areas of compensation. He emphasizes breath awareness, creating a safe and comfortable space where clients can communicate freely, and adapts his work from deeply calming to energizing as needed.

A true Californian, Anthony grew up in San Diego, lived in Los Angeles for 14 years where he graduated from the NHI School of Massage in 2009, then relocated to San Francisco in 2021. His intention is to help regulate a stressful world through his bodywork.
Studying Zen Shiatsu and Qi Gong has taught Anthony how to manage issues in his own body that stem from adapting to his tall frame, like chronic neck pain and multiple shoulder dislocations. This helped develop his focus on scar tissue, fascial adhesions, and preventative care, especially with clients managing rotator cuff injuries.
While in Southern California he worked with a variety of clients: from Hollywood writers and producers dealing with high levels of mental stress, to stunt-people and endurance athletes like marathoners and cyclists. These experiences, and his own movement practice has helped Anthony bring more awareness of the connection between mental and physical states to his clients. Outside of work Anthony spends time producing his own music and DJing events.
