MORE ABOUT MELISSA...
Melissa's work tends to be slow, and precise with light oil and/or lotion. Sessions will include tissue assessment with her hands followed by deeper pressure applied with forearms and elbows. She also incorporates passive stretching maneuvers borrowed from Thai massage.

Melissa loves working with clients looking for relaxing full body maintenance sessions, as well as "weekend warriors" with an event coming up, or a specific goal they're working towards. Triathletes, dancers, soccer players, gymnasts, and ultra-runners are some of the type of athlete that could benefit from Melissa's 20+ years of experience.
